Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply choose the mail account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
